New Year's Eve traditional gift exchange
In keeping with russian/kazak tradition, we each received a small gift this New year's eve. For Annabelle, that meant a new pair of Kaz boots that we had picked up during our stay there.

Snegurochka!!
Our very own Snegurochka (Russian Snow Maiden). We purchased this outfit in Petropavlovsk two years ago, thiniking how big it was at the time.! According to Russian tradition, Ded Moroz (Saint Niick) and his grandaughter, Snegurochka, distribute gifts on New Year's Eve. Annabelle, on the other hand, thought she was dressing as Cinderella ;0)
