Today, we went to our scheduled visit without Irina's help.... and did just fine!!! I wasn't too worried, but did wonder how the communication in Russian/French would go. Mlle O. seemed to "catch on" to whatever we were saying and actually listened to us when we instructed her not to do stuff... Nyet (no) is pretty handy word to have in one's vocabulary...but more importantly is Ya ty lyublyu (I love you!).

Nous sommes les heureux parents d'un petit garçon né à Almaty (adoption complété en 2007) et nous sommes en attente de notre *fameuse* lettre d'invitation pour rencontrer bébé 2 à Karaganda....
Bonne chance pour la suite et merci beaucoup de partager votre belle histoire d'adoption avec nous. Merci aussi pour les photos. C'est super de découvrir une autre région du Kazakhstan :-)
